Vacancy: Senior Marketing Analyst
Work remotely or at the **Cyprus office
Salary**: 3 000 EUR net

AppQuantum is a successful team of 150 people with expertise in performance marketing, mobile game development and publishing.

We are looking for a skilled MARKETING ANALYST to join our team and drive the company to greater efficiency and growth. You will be working side by side with CMOs and Team Leads. We expect you to fuel change and enhance the company’s performance.

📋 Responsibilities:
- work closely with the User Acquisition Team to perform tasks related to scaling and re-adjusting traffic as well as attracting users to new apps;
- prioritize growth areas and analyze internal (product) and external (market) factors that impact performance;
- conduct research of new channels and markets;
- develop new metrics, cluster markets and audiences;
- calculate players’ LTV;
- build and maintain a framework for analyzing new lines of activity (creative production, retargeting, influencer marketing);
- mentor junior analysts;
- develop the company’s analytical infrastructure.

🧑‍💼 **Requirements
**You will fit right in if you:
- have more than 3 years of relevant working experience;
- are willing to work in gamedev and provide top-level market analysis;
- are great at prioritizing and staying focused;
- are well-versed in Unit Economics and basic project metrics;
- know how to write SQL queries;
- have experience with Python and ML algorithms;
- know the fundamentals of statistical theory and can carry out sampling, A/B testing and statistical certainty evaluation.
