We’re looking for a driven Junior+ Support Manager to join our team.

Requirements

· English level: at least B2 (written and spoken)
· Fluent Russian (spoken and written)
· At least 6 months of relevant experience (customer support, helpdesk, or similar)
· Strong written and verbal communication;
· Basic technical understanding of IT concepts and products.


Responsibilities


· Set and monitor SLAs, response times, and resolution targets; ensure timely and accurate ticket handling;
· Ensure customer communications are professional, empathetic, and aligned with company tone;
· Stay up-to-date with product updates and new features to provide accurate support.
