We’re looking for a proactive Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing biz-dev team. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows the fintech market well and has a strong track record in business development.

What you’ll do:

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels
• Expand INXY’s partner network and drive sales growth
• Work with the sales team on acquisition and upsell strategies
• Share market insights to strengthen product positioning
• Partner with product teams to bring customer feedback into development
• Represent INXY at industry events and conferences
• Build strong relationships with key fintech decision-makers
• Collaborate cross-functionally on business development initiatives
• Track KPIs and report performance insights to management

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid B2B sales experience and a track record of closing complex deals
• Communicates confidently and builds strong professional relationships
• Has fintech or adjacent industry experience (ad networks, hosting, marketplaces, SaaS — a plus)
• Thinks strategically and consistently hits targets
• Can analyze market data and turn insights into decisions
• Is comfortable with CRM systems and business tools
• Thrives in fast-paced environments
• Works in a structured and detail-oriented way
• Has strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Is open to occasional travel
• Has advanced English
