Online Growth Manager (Outreach & Link Building Focus)
We are looking for a proactive Online Growth Manager to drive our SaaS/software product visibility through strategic outreach, link building, and digital promotion. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be directly responsible for expanding our online presence, establishing partnerships, and executing growth tactics.
Location: Cyprus (remote/hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time. Need EU CY citizenship
Salary 2-3k Euro/month
**Key Responsibilities:
**__Outreach & Link Building:
__• Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities (guest posts, partnerships, directories, etc.). • Build relationships with bloggers, media, and industry influencers.
• Manage cold/warm outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
__Online Promotion:
__• Execute creative growth tactics (Reddit, forums, social media, niche communities).
• Assist in content marketing, SEO optimization.
• Experiment with new channels to drive traffic and conversions.Autonomy & Initiative:
• Proactively test and scale what works—no micromanagement.
• Optimize processes for efficiency and measurable impact.
**Requirements:
**• Must have a valid work permit for Cyprus (non-negotiable).
• Experience in online marketing.
• English C1 (fluent written/spoken, negotiation-level).
• Strong communication & persuasion skills—you can sell without being spammy.
• Self-starter mindset: You spot opportunities and act on them.
• Relentless work ethic: Comfortable with repetitive tasks that drive results.
**Nice-to-Have:
**• Proven experience in outreach/link building (SEO, PR, or growth marketing).
• Basic SEO/data literacy (Ahrefs/SEMrush).
• Experience in SaaS/tech marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or partnership growth.
• Basic design/video skills (Canva, Figma, short-form content).
