Chief Operation Officer

Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing company documents, handling the administrative part of the business.
- Structuring companies in different jurisdictions, communicating with administrative directors and representatives of other offices, support in attracting investments.
- Liaising with Polish and Cypriot state institutions and banks.
- Financial reporting (management accounting).
- Relocation of employees. Employment and cooperation with individual entrepreneurs.
- Interaction with counterparties, communication and preparation of documents. Interaction with lawyers and accountants.
- Administrative tasks (office equipment and rent, purchasing equipment, organizing meetings, correspondence).
- Organizing team building events (team building), trips, etc.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
- Self-organisation, initiative, ability to work with unfamiliar processes and delegation of authority is essential.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Experience in building and scaling processes.
- Systems thinking.
- Ability to maintain a strategic focus and development orientation.
- Legal or financial experience.
- Experience in office organization.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Fluent Polish will be a plus.
