Responsibilities:
🎟 Receive and categorize user requests in the Service Desk (Jira) and over the phone.
💻 Provide technical support within your competencies (resolving issues, consulting, managing user accounts, software installation and updates, preparing and maintaining workstations in the office, configuring office equipment).
🛠 Coordinate equipment repairs and maintain records.
🚀 Participate in projects to streamline business processes at the Service Desk.

Requirements:
🔍 Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
💻 Experience with MDM systems.
🗣 Language skills: English and Russian.

Will be a plus:
📋 Valid work permit in Cyprus.
🇬🇷 Knowledge of Greek.
