What You’ll Do:

-Lead, mentor, and grow team leads within the agency division
-Identify and test new traffic sources and verticals
-Develop and execute monthly digital growth plans
-Build effective motivation and performance systems in cooperation with HR
-Oversee key operational metrics and drive efficiency across teams
-Foster innovation, strategic decision-making, and high-level execution

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience in managing large performance marketing teams or agencies
-Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic arbitrage, lead generation(US market) and digital ecosystems
-Strong leadership, analytical, and operational management skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
-English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
