🔥Our Client🔥 is international FinTech company, registered in the Netherlands, with Cyprus based office. The company is offering a financial product (banking and documents management) to run SME business.
The company is now expanding both its business and team operations and needs a smart, fast and productive Global Head of recruitment who will set up and lead industry best practice based process of talent attraction in EU serving as relationship managers for both internal and external clients.
✔️This is a perfect opportunity for those who already possess experience in fast scaling techno companies, well developed people management competencies and who lead recruitment teams and projects internationally. Responsibilities:
• Set up of recruitment process, key tools and standards with focus on:
• Planning and strategy development of the Talent acquisition.
• Elaborate direct search strategies in the respective markets and implement them
• Coaching and development remote recruitment team and providers.
• Providers management, SLA, reporting and customer relationship.
• Serve as an advisor to the hiring managers on all recruitment related questions
• Serve as a coordinator of interaction between the hiring managers and staffing agencies.
• HR-brand management: to be a Brand Ambassador. Leverage tools and materials to drive company brand as employer of choice.
• Design and continuous improvement of the recruitment strategy in accordance with the business strategy, pipeline analytics and market situation.
• Automation and pipeline management.
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience as Head of Recruitment of Team lead
• Experience in scaling start-ups.
• Working experience with the candidate markets the Netherlands/Germany/France/Italy or other EU.
• Customer care, QA and Marketing positions in the Credential list as a Plus
• Service-oriented and experienced in dealing with customers
• Sense for recruiting trends and innovations
• Experience in working with applicant management/tracking systems.
• Creative, self-starter and comfortable with change and get up to speed in a fast paced environment
• Structured, precise way of working and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian;
