I’ve been working in iGaming since 2024, starting from customer support and moving into a sales-focused role. This gave me a strong understanding of player behavior, retention, and what drives revenue inside an operator.
In my current role, I work with deposits, engagement, and player activity, analyze performance, and improve results. I’ve also contributed to reporting and training processes, building a structured and analytical mindset.
Now I’m looking to move into a B2B Account Manager role, where I can use this knowledge to build partnerships, grow accounts, and drive business results.
