PLAYFINA team is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team to work on the brand. We need a person with successful experience in a similar position in a product (gambling/betting verticals).

Requirements:
- Experience in Gambling from 1 year, and minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in all areas of digital marketing;
- Ability to independently identify weaknesses on a project and align your tasks based on work priorities;
- Experience coordinating multiple internal company functions to achieve strategic business objectives;
- Experience with retention, understanding of user funnels and retention tools;
- Understanding of SEO;
- Experience working with SMM to develop networks and drive traffic to the site;
- Strong knowledge of the digital media mix: PPC, SEO, SEM, ORM, blogger marketing, email marketing, content management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools;
- Sense of trends, creativity, proactivity;
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic industry;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions from it.
- Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru - native/fluent level.

PLAYFINA team is looking for a Chief Product Officer to join the team and will be in charge of the company’s entire product strategy from start to finish. We need a person with successful experience in a similar position in a product (gambling/betting verticals).

Requirements:
- Experience in Gambling/Betting niche as a Chief Product Officer for 2 years or more.
- Extensive experience in product management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of key casino metrics including bonus systems, and industry trends (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate).
- Deep understanding of the gambling industry, particularly in online casinos.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products.
- Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting abilities.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Ability to analyze market, customer, and product data to inform decisions.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
