Casino Platform with offices in Cyprus and Latvia is seeking for a strong professional.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of our Casino Platform — the technological heart of our iGaming ecosystem.
Your mission will be to drive the product’s growth, elevate player experience, and improve core business metrics through strategic decisions, data analysis, and innovative product thinking.

➡️ Key Responsibilities
▪️Define and deliver the Casino Platform roadmap aligned with business goals and KPIs.
▪️Conduct competitive analysis and A/B testing to identify, validate, and scale winning features.
▪️Optimize the player lifecycle — from acquisition and engagement to retention and reactivation.
▪️Manage and expand the game portfolio, ensuring high engagement and revenue growth.
▪️Collaborate with cross-functional teams: development, QA, design, marketing, and analytics.
▪️Ensure top-tier user experience, performance, and compliance with gaming regulations (MGA, Curaçao).
▪️Key Metrics of Success
▪️GGR · ARPPU · LTV · Active Players · Conversion Rate

➡️ Requirements
▪️4+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in iGaming (Casino, Platform, or Game Studio).
▪️Deep understanding of casino KPIs, player behavior, and monetization flows.
▪️Proficiency with analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks.
▪️Excellent command of English (B2+) and native Russian.

➡️ Nice to Have
▪️Proven experience scaling casino products or launching in new markets.
▪️Knowledge of personalization, UX optimization, and player segmentation strategies.
