🔹 Track, approach, and report on results

What You’ll Need: 🔸 1+ years of experience in IT sourcing
🔸 Proficiency in boolean and x-ray search, sourcing tools, and platforms
🔸 A strong desire to seize opportunities
🔸 Self-management skills – you thrive without micromanagement
🔸 English level B1-B2
