➡️International investment company is looking for IT support person to join our team! ⬅️

Role: Service desk engineer
Experience level: Junior
Location: Limassol, Cyprus


What do we expect from you:
-you have an IT background or strong addiction to information technologies field
-Troubleshooting skills (reading logs, building reports, testing)
-Knowledge of Windows based systems administration. You know how to manage system through command prompt. PowerShell knowledge will be an advantage.
-TCP/IP networks strong understanding. You understand the difference between L2 and L3 and can explain on a specific examples (equipment will be provided 🤓)
-You're non-conflict person and have good communicational skills (and it is not just words for you 😏 )
Will be a plus:
knowledge of AD, work experience in service desk or IT support unit
Languages knowledge:
English, Russian
Knowledge of Greek will be an advantage.
