📋 Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team in Cyprus. If you possess extensive knowledge in accounting, taxation, and financial analysis, and have experience working in international companies, we would be delighted to have you on board.

📈 Responsibilities:

- Maintain comprehensive accounting records of the company in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Manage and oversee accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct internal financial audits and prepare corresponding reports.
- Interact with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and reports.
- Analyze the company’s financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax and financial regulatory requirements.

📊 Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an accountant, with at least 4 years in a Senior Accountant position.
- Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local tax legislation.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of Greek and Russian is an advantage.
- Experience working in international companies.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
