We are looking for an account manager to join us at Neogate (Fintech startup based in Limassol)
Job Responsibilities:
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the payment products and services offered by Neogate, with the ability to communicate those to prospective merchants.
• Manage customer onboarding process from A to Z.
• Work closely with compliance department and understand their needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with individuals and teams across Neogate to ensure optimal merchant experience.
• Manage customer documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
• Payments industry experience is HIGHLY preferred.
• Open to travel (networking/events/client presentations)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships across all management levels
• Attention to detail and great ability to proof read your own work.
