We are looking for a Financial Controller who will take ownership of marketing expenses management — ensuring every dollar spent drives measurable results.

✅️ Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing expenses policy aligned with company goals and performance metrics.
- Ensure strict control over execution of marketing budgets across all channels.
- Establish, document, and consistently apply market benchmarks to validate the reasonableness of marketing spend.

✅️ Professional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in controlling, internal audit or economic security.
- Experience in analyzing and validating performance-based marketing spend.
- Proven track record in developing and enforcing internal expense policies.
- Upper-intermediate level of English; Ukrainian — fluent/native 🇺🇦
