Hello everyone!

I have 2.5 years of experience
working in an international company, improving HR processes, fostering team
collaboration, and attracting top talent.

At my current job I am dealing with almost everything related to HR and Internal
communications: from arranging corporate events/activities and working
permits/relocations to recruiting, 1-on-1 meetings and onboarding/offboarding of
employees. I have created plenty of work policies, good with invoices and cost control.

I see the HR role as a bridge between the needs of employees and the expectations of
senior management. I believe I can effectively balance the two, finding common ground
that enables everyone to create high-quality results in a positive working environment.
