The Trading Pit is looking for a proactive IT Systems Administrator to support and manage our IT infrastructure, tools, and users across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain core systems: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune (Windows/macOS), AWS, and Cloudflare.
• Support ~60 users locally and remotely.
• Manage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and SaaS platforms.
• Handle IT assets, licenses, and procurement.
• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and documentation.
• Apply ITIL/ITSM best practices and assist with backups and disaster recovery.
Requirements
• 3+ years in IT support or systems admin roles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Windows/macOS.
• Experience with AWS, Cloudflare, and Atlassian tools.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
• Knowledge of zero trust, compliance, and vulnerability scanning.
