Hello people! United Traders plan to launch an office in Cyprus and apply for CySec license. So we are looking to hire a director for the newly registered company with following requirements:

Main Responsibilities:
-          Create and implement strategy aiming at the development of the company’s business activities;
-          Lead, review, monitor and guide the company’s compliance policies and regulatory reporting;
-          Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Company;
-          Ensure the Company implements and maintains an adequate internal control mechanism;
-          Receive and approve reports, at least annually, on the risk management, compliance function and internal audit mechanisms of the company;
-          Point of contact for CySEC regulations and updates;
-          Assist in the recruitment and growth of the team.
Requirements
-          University Degree in Law, Business, Economics or any other relevant field;
-          At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Director within a CIF entity;
-          Preferably holder of the Advanced CySEC certification;
-          Excellent command of English;
-          Strong managerial skills and ability to lead the team.
