Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a data-focused role, preferably working with B2B or SaaS products
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to working with both structured and unstructured data
Experience working with large language models (LLMs), including an understanding of prompt engineering, LLM-based data analysis, and integrating LLMs into data workflows
Solid understanding of data modeling principles, data quality best practices, and ETL processes
Experience working with structured data in SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytical tools
Ability to clearly document findings, assumptions, and workflows, and to communicate insights effectively
Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Previous experience with insurance data or in the insurance industry is a strong advantage

Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret, and document unstructured and semi-structured insurance-related text data (e.g., policies, submissions, emails, forms)
Use LLMs to extract and transform relevant information from large text
Build and improve ETL pipelines that process and structure textual data at scale
Collaborate with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure processed data meets business needs
Normalize and enrich data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across various use cases
Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to data quality, completeness, and ambiguity
Clearly communicate data-related findings and limitations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
