I have hands-on experience with email campaigns and a basic understanding of CRM marketing: segmentation, trigger-based and bulk campaigns, working with HTML templates, and user communication flows.

I’ve worked with Customer.io and understand how CRM communication impacts user behavior and retention.

I’m actively learning iGaming metrics such as FTD, retention, LTV, and user lifecycle, and I’m interested in how messaging and timing influence engagement and repeat actions.

I also have experience adapting content for different audiences and optimizing messaging to reduce spam triggers and improve performance.

Detail-oriented, quick learner, and highly motivated to grow in CRM and retention.
