🚀 SEARADAR is a fast-growing startup providing yacht charter customer service. We make yacht vacation planning easy, clear, and enjoyable for our clients, with full support at every stage

**Responsibilities:
**
▫️Process incoming leads from the website and ads
▫️First contact with clients: calls, messages, emails
▫️Identify needs, consult on yacht options
▫️Pass warm leads to the booking team or close deals independently
▫️Maintain active communication until the client makes a decision

Requirements:
✅ Fluent English & Russian
✅ Own laptop and fast internet
✅ Experience in B2C sales, customer service, or call center — a plus
✅ Strong written & verbal communication in messengers and emails
✅ Quick response, ability to prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

We offer:
💶 Salary of 600€/month + bonuses (first month without bonuses)
💸 Bonuses from 300€ up to 1000€ based on sales targets
📈 Promotion to expert with starting salary of 750€, increase to 850€ after 3 months of hitting 80%+ targets, same bonus system
🕐 Schedule: first month Mon-Fri 10:00–19:00 CET, then either Sun-Mon or Tue-Sat
🌍 Remote work from anywhere
⛵ Annual corporate sailing trip for the whole team
🗓 12 days of day-off + 4 weeks of vacation
