Cloud Sales Manager (Cyprus)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time, Remote
Hostman is a global provider of cloud infrastructure and services, with data centers located across Europe and the US. We deliver powerful tools for developers and businesses to scale their IT infrastructure: cloud servers, S3 object storage, managed databases, Kubernetes clusters, and an application deployment platform.
We are expanding our presence in Europe and are seeking a Cloud Sales Manager in Cyprus to take ownership of the region and drive local business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy specifically for the Cyprus market;
- Utilize your professional network, including partners, companies, projects, and IT communities;
- Perform outbound prospecting and manage your sales pipeline;
- Attend local industry events regularly—such as conferences, meetups, business gatherings, and community activities—to generate leads;
- Advise clients on Hostman’s cloud products and help them choose the best solutions;
- Qualify leads, identify client needs, develop opportunities, and hand them over to the expert team;
- Support customers during migration and maintain relationships throughout the project lifecycle;
- Collaborate with internal teams—technical experts, engineers, marketing—to deliver high-quality solutions;
- Continuously improve your knowledge of cloud technologies and Hostman products.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in IT/Cloud sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Cyprus IT and cloud market: local companies, events, and lead generation channels.
- Established professional network with a proven ability to generate opportunities from personal connections.
- Fluent in Russian (team’s working language) and proficient in English (B2+), with the ability to discuss technical IT and cloud topics.
- Ability to independently develop and manage a sales funnel.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, Telegram, Slack, Discord, and others.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
