Reflection of the trades and transactions in the back-office system
Monitors over the correctness of balances and other balance sheet indicators of funds and securities
Execution of non-trading orders of clients
Generation of reports for clients and monitors of trading limits for trading systems
Interaction with banks and Custodians in terms of processing transactions on brokerage accounts of clients
Consulting clients and managers with procedure and features of brokerage accounting
Monitoring executions of corporate actions (splits, coupon, dividend income etc)
Conducting and executing bank payments in terms of brokerage activities
Preparation of documents for opening a brokerage account for legal entities.
Cooperation with IT department and back offices of holding companies
Description of tasks of automatization back-office procedures for IT department
Reviewing automated reconciliations of trades, problem solving
Settlements of the transactions: submitting instructions to the custodians, payments initiation, control
Requirements:

Desire to develop in a large holding company and to solve interesting tasks and projects
Clear understanding of the trade life-cycle, transaction documentation types, securities market participants
Base knowledge of accounting, record keeping and financial reporting
Russian Native speaker, fluent English
Confident Excel user
Analytical thinking
Stress resistance and multitasking ability
Proactive and organized person with the ability to work unsupervised
Cyprus based
Other desirable criteria

SQL, CRM, Jira
Experience in operating unit of investment firm
Fixed income /equities/ derivatives settlement experience
