We need a person who can run our algorithmic trading business. It includes increasing P&L, managing mostly the tech team, and making strategic decisions.

🏆 Your tasks will be:
- understand business models of a market maker, crypto broker, stock and futures exchanges
- define the strategic development including coordination of sales team efforts and management of the tech team
- ensure daily operations of our crypto liquidity provider and increase P&L
- initiate and launch new product lines
- communicate with clients, partners, applicants when needed
- do everything else to make the business prosper

🚀 We expect you:
- have a technical and financial background (6+)
- have management experience or your own projects
- are fun of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
