Lead a team of product managers & analysts
Generate business/product improvement ideas based on research, feedback, and analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment
Manage product roadmap and oversee implementation
Define success criteria and advocate for data-driven decision-making

⚡️ Requirements:

3+ years as a Head of Product/CPO and 7+ years in product-related roles
Technical or analyst background preferred
Experience leading teams and developing product strategies
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent English and Russian communication skills
