💸A large international company is looking for a Head of Affiliates focused on a Crypto/iGaming project.

💎 Responsibilities:
- Create a new team and establish a strategy for the development of the department;
- Explore new sources of traffic for the website;
- Take responsibility for key performance indicators based on traffic channels;
- Prepare reports for other departments, on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Attend specialized events and conferences (international travel may be required).


💎 Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in affiliate marketing;
- Experience in the Crypto and iGaming niche will be considered an asset;
- Extensive working knowledge of mobile tracking systems: AppsFlyer, AppMetrica, Adjust, and others;
- Minimum of 1-year experience in team management;
- Experience in finding and connecting partners and sites;
- Self-discipline and organization;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask;
- Analytical mindset and strategic approach to the performance of tasks;
- Proactivity and Initiative;
- Ability to quickly gather a feel for the market and CA;
- Fluency in English - other languages will be considered an asset;
