● Led the full cycle of a projects and programs from planning to execution and closure. Led cross-functional teams
using agile practices, managed communication with customers and internal stakeholders (including C-level
executives), facilitated kick-off meetings, steering committees and regular team meetings.
● Good understanding of customers’ needs as practiced in customer interaction roles; as well as strong data
gathering and analysis skills, practiced in brainstorms and client engagement activities;
