HR Business Partner
We are looking for a strong, proactive HR leader who will assume full responsibility for HR management and work closely with the CEO and leadership team in a rapidly growing global company.

What you'll be doing:
• Developing and scaling HR processes
• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle
• Improving productivity, engagement, and corporate culture
• Leveraging HR process automation and data to improve HR operations
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in HR leadership positions (experience in fintech or a similar field is a plus)
• Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with management
• Solid knowledge of HR best practices and labor law
