Job Title: A2P Account Manager
Location: [remote]
Type: Full-time
Salary: 2000 EUR
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and communicative A2P Account Manager to join our sales team. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with small to medium-sized A2P SMS aggregator companies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience in the A2P SMS industry, and be ready to support colleagues during absences, as well as travel to telecom events to represent the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships with small and medium-sized A2P SMS aggregator companies.
• Communicate effectively with international clients in English; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Fully cover colleagues’ accounts during their absence, ensuring smooth client communication and account management.
• Attend telecom events and conferences, building new business relationships and representing the company.
• Prepare and deliver account performance reports, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Act as a point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and providing timely solutions.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management in A2P SMS services (mandatory).
• Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory). Additional languages are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Highly responsible and able to work independently while supporting team efforts.
• Willingness to travel to industry events when needed.
Compensation:
• Salary: 2000 EUR ( + commissions)
