Hi everyone!
I’m Alena, and I’m currently looking for new opportunities
as a Senior Business/Product Operations Manager (7+ years in SaaS & fintech, ex-T-Bank)
I build the operating layer between C-level, Product, and Engineering: in my latest role, I cut PM operational routine by ~50%, protected engineering focus (dropped dev L3 escalations from 38% to 10%), and deployed AI agents to automate Jira workflows.
Proven track record: generated €1.9M via data monetization, turned products profitable, integrated payment systems, and led zero-downtime legal entity & infra migrations. Successfully coordinated cross-functional projects across Legal, Finance, and Dev.
Commercially minded - with a clear grasp of where to drive revenue and where to cut costs.
Location: Cyprus (Remote / Hybrid / Office)
