I have 10 years of experience across retail, healthcare, and game development. I built IT operations from scratch, led IT operations for up to ~200 users, managed 50+ SaaS platforms, vendors, access, infrastructure, budgets, security processes, and internal delivery.

Still hands-on when needed: infrastructure, workplace systems, cloud services, monitoring, backups, networks, and production support. My stronger focus now is structure: ownership, predictable services, clear processes, and calm execution when things get messy.
