Mayflower is building the future of high-load live entertainment, and we’re looking for a HR Marketing Manager to join our team in Limassoil office.

What you’ll do:
• Launch and optimize performance campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Telegram, Google)
• Improve the career website and recruitment funnel conversion
• Own key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL) and run A/B tests
• Develop employer brand and manage social media
• Drive collaborations, events, and special projects

Who we’re looking for:
• 4+ years in HR / Digital / Performance Marketing
• Data-driven with a growth mindset
• Strong understanding of recruitment funnels and audience segmentation
• English B2+
