Position: IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line)**
📍 Nicosia | On-site | Full-time
Working schedule: Mon-Fri

🔹 About Us OpenWay Group is the developer and provider of Way4 — a digital payment software platform used globally by banks, processors, telecoms, and retailers in over 80 countries. 
 
💼 What you’ll do:
– Support internal users (inside the company) and manage workstations (Windows/macOS)
– Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, Entra ID
– Work with Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, OneDrive
– Perform onboarding/offboarding, device setup, access control
– Occasionally work hands-on in the server room (hardware, UPS, etc.)
– Maintain records in ITSM and CMDB systems
– Collaborate with 3rd-line engineers and other IT teams
– Improve internal processes and contribute to the knowledge base
– Support meeting room systems and conference equipment

📌 You should bring:
– 3+ years of experience in IT support (corporate environment)
– Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365 – Hands-on experience with Intune, AutoPilot
– Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
– Clear communication and solid English skills
