**Some highlights about me and my experience:
**
— I worked for almost 11 years in the tech sphere in different roles, including CMO in the leading Russian tech accelerator, CDO in a web studio, and PR manager at a tech startup.

— At the accelerator I was a part of the growth team that tested the hypothesis of new products for entrepreneurs. One of the programs grew and evolved into a very popular one. When I became CMO, I created a marketing team and managed 10 people responsible for the promotion of products of 4 divisions (target audiences: b2b, enterprise, b2c).

— During my career I launched many projects, including educational ones. Some examples: a conference that turned into the biggest event on global scaling with 2000+ participants, a pitch session of startups in the USA, a school on innovative entrepreneurship for students.

— I am very good at getting things done and not afraid of complicated tasks. I am a quick learner, and love to find non-standard solutions.
