APERCON is looking for a CMO for an international iGaming B2C operating in the crypto casino segment.
We are looking for a marketing leader with proven experience in crypto iGaming / crypto casinos and a strong track record in player acquisition and business growth.

**✅ Requirements:
**• 5+ years of experience in iGaming marketing
• CMO / Head of Marketing / Marketing Director experience
• Mandatory experience with crypto casinos / crypto iGaming
• Strong expertise in player acquisition and performance marketing
• Experience with international GEOs and multiple acquisition channels
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, CPA and ROI
• Experience managing marketing teams and budgets
• Fluent English and Russian or Ukrainian are mandatory

• Lead player acquisition and retention
• Scale acquisition channels and optimize marketing performance
• Manage marketing budgets and KPIs
• Build and lead the marketing team
