📢Who We're Looking For: Are you passionate about operations and enhancing customer experiences? Join us as an Operations Director to manage supplier relationships, ensure service quality, and drive strategic improvements.

✅Key Responsibilities:
• Supplier Management: Acquire, onboard, and train new suppliers. Ensure top service quality and effective communication.
• Service Development: Develop offerings to maximize revenue.
• Operational Strategy: Implement strategies and propose improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Set and present supplier KPIs.
✅Requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years in an operational role with supplier management.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service. Fluent in English, Greek, and Russian.
• Mindset: Adaptable self-starter comfortable with high autonomy.
• Preferred: B2B office service industry knowledge and concierge experience.
