Telecom operator Alphanet is looking for a Customer service manager to join their team.

**Main responsibilities:
**• Receiving incoming calls from subscribers and from potential subscribers of the Company
• Consultation on the services of the Company, tariffs, terms and other requests
• Sale of services to the Company
• Registration of subscribers' applications, control of their execution
• Interaction with the technical department of the Company
• Outgoing calls to subscribers


**Requirements for a candidate:
**• Fluency in English, Russian and Greek language.
• Confident user of PC, Word, Excel
• Work experience in a telecommunications company is desirable
• Work permit
