π About the Role
As a Software Engineer on our Trading Connectivity team, youβll design, develop, and maintain low-latency backend systems that integrate with our expansive liquidity provider network.
Youβll play a key role in improving the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the platform β owning the integration lifecycle end-to-end, from requirements gathering to production deployment.

π Responsibilities
Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems (with a focus on trading connectivity)
Integrate new liquidity providers into the Talos network
Own the full integration lifecycle β from requirements gathering to production rollout
Interface directly with technical teams at external providers
Continuously improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance
Collaborate across product, engineering, support, and clients to support the full trade lifecycle
Contribute to an open, transparent, and fast-growing team culture
β Qualifications
2β5 years of software engineering experience (Go or Java preferred)
(We primarily use Go, but prior experience is not required)
Degree in Computer Science or related field (BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc) or equivalent experience
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex integration challenges
Experience building high-performance, reliable backend systems
Fintech background (crypto and/or traditional finance) is a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
