Awem Games is known as a developer of high-quality casual games. We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our rapidly growing global team. You will strongly cooperate with the Financial Manager, report to members of the Board and work directly with the business providing you with an outstanding opportunity to make a direct impact on mobile gaming company growth.

✅ Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials, including an appropriate law degree.
- Post education experience: 3+ years legal experience in a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel.
- Hands-on experience with EU regulations and English contract law.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct legal research and demonstrate excellent judgment and supervise external counsels.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent English as a must.
