Roles Overview

HR Business Processes Analyst
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Deep understanding of the full HR cycle across a tech company
• Experience in system analysis and BPM
• General SQL
• Experience building dashboards using modern BI tools
• Experience with process mapping and documentation (BPMN or similar)
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Strong stakeholder communication skills — comfortable working across HR, IT, and business teams
• Experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors as a plus

Head of Global Mobility
• Devising promotional frameworks across the main functions
• Crafting succession planning and career ladders for top and key roles
• Developing performance review models for tech and CEO-1 roles
• Facilitating talent calibration sessions and annual talent review cycles
• Partnering with HRBPs and senior business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals
• Driving end-to-end implementation of talent and performance initiatives across business units
• Building dashboards and analytics to track talent pipeline health and performance outcomes

Head of Corporate University
• Creating an internal hi-po pool within key tech and top roles
• Assessment of talent potential strictly in tech settings — required
• Building the learning activities architecture for target employee pool
• Developing and retaining talent in a highly competitive environment
• Designing and launching leadership development programs for senior and mid-level managers
• Measuring learning effectiveness and ROI across all corporate development initiatives
• Partnering with CPO, CTO and other business leaders to align capability-building strategy with company goals

Compensation and Benefits
