Role: Talent Acquisition Manager**
Location: Limassol
Format: Full-time, hybrid**

In this high-impact role you'll lead our TA efforts, shaping the future of talent landscape and driving impactful global enhancements to processes and standards.

Reporting to: Head of People
Scope: Global, with hands-on recruitment across Europe, Middle East and Africa

Responsibilities:
- Manage e2e TA cycle
- Create standards, document processes and deliver internal trainings & coaching for core TA flows
- Leverage technologies (we are currently using BambooHR ATS and digital tools, including AI, for interviews note taking and reference checks) and bring new solutions (i.e. assessments) to efficiently win the best talent
- Lead creation of Employer Branding strategy, oversee it's global representation
- Analyze recruitment KPIs to reduce bottlenecks

Candidate profile:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in international team (middle-senior level)
- Fluent English
- Digital literacy and interest in new solutions and best practices
- Analytical approach
- Solutions-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
