We are seeking a senior Python developer to assist with the development of a cloud based suite of calculators used for generating various accounting metrics such as: income, yield, and book value.
It includes a creation of efficient and robust python modules that will be invoked from various Lambda entry points.
We are currently in the midst of migrating our amortization calculations from running on prem/native to a serverless cloud solution running on AWS platform (in Python).

What is required from you:

- Solid experience as a Python application developer for large/medium scale projects (+ numpy, pandas nice to have)

– 5+ years of experience

- Familiarity with standard Design Patterns

- Experience working on a cloud platform

- Proficiency with SQL

- Experience working with container technology such as Docker

- Background in fixed income finance will be very helpful
