Our team helps the advertisers and agencies to achieve the business goals by educating and supporting them in the creation, implementation, and realization of their advertising campaigns.

We are looking for a digital sales expert to boost our new business growth in Cyprus and participate in the opportunity as a Sales Manager. We are seeking someone with extensive experience, an industry network, and the ability to manage large, complex, multi-million international digital advertising projects.

Responsibilities:

* Sell advertising solutions (TikTok Ads) to new and existing advertisers;
* Prospect, source, and close deals with advertisers and media agencies;
* Meet new prospects and existing clients regularly to understand objectives and suggest solutions;
* Conduct market research and networking activities;
* Accurately forecast sales revenue on a regular basis and achieve sales target;
* Manage contracts and pipeline in our Salesforce CRM system;

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or similar field;
* 3+ years of sales experience, focused on large accounts;
* Experience with online advertising, analytics, and social media;
* Strong commercial skills;
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments;
* Solid project management skills;
* Excellent communication skills in English (Greek would be a plus);
* Ability to prioritize and are comfortable managing multiple sales pitches and projects.
