**Presales Engineer

Company:** TestGear Ltd. - distributor of cutting-edge test management tools

Duties:

- Market research and competitive analysis;
- Identification of competitive advantages and product development suggestions;
- Creation of comparative tables for rival products;
- Communication with customers in team with sales department;
- Conducting product and tech demonstrations;
- Customer needs identification, QA-industry research, including foreign markets;
- Recurrent customer requests analysis, creating feature requests and reports for typical needs and problems;
- Constant self-education in QA and IT field, knowledge of trends, technologies;
- Participation in meetups and conferences;
- Communication with the product development team;
- Participation in the company’s product development;
- Maintenance of tech documentation (product descriptions, instructions, manuals);
- Trial project success assurance;
- Competitive product demonstrations for stakeholders and sales team;
- Preparation and conduction of tech training in the company and for customers’ teams;
