Payments & Banking Specialist | Family Office
📍 Full-time | Nicosia, Cyprus (hybrid)

We are seeking a Payments & Banking Specialist to join our Family Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day payment operations and supporting banking relationships across multiple jurisdictions.

✍️Responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining banking relationships with EU, UK, UAE, Hong Kong and Chinese banks
• Coordinate the opening of new bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support periodic KYC reviews and updates for existing bank accounts.
• Prepare and execute domestic and international payments across multiple banking platforms in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor daily cash balances and liquidity positions across entities.
• Coordinate funding between entities where required to meet payment obligations.
• Maintain supporting documentation for all payment transactions.
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and vendor information.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable processes.
• Assist in improving and increasing the efficiency of existing processes.
• Assist with month-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Other ad-hoc duties as may be required to support the accounting process.

📌Requirements
• 2-3 years in an Accounts Payable, Banking Operations, or Junior Accounting role, with experience in multi-bank payment processing and vendor management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with bank account opening procedures and KYC documentation management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with banking managers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Command proficiency in English and Russian.
