Legal experience with non-residents (offshore, onshore) since 2007. Personally
registered over 100 companies in different jurisdictions.

5. Expertise in corporate law (disclosures, repurchase of shares, shareholder
agreements). Legal experience in the implementation of conditional transactions with
shares (options). Legal experience of drafting, signing and control of implementation
of the SHA’s under common law and the law of the Russian Federation.
