As a Financial Controller, you will join the Accounting and Finance team and will report to the Chief Accountant.

Responsibilities
* Ensure timely and accurate financial and accountant reporting and tax reporting
* Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
* Support the annual audit process
* Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

Requirements
* 4+ years of accounting/finance experience in the Forex industry
* Knowledge of MRS and SAP systems
* Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
* Advanced training certificates (preferably ACCA/ACA)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English

As a Payments Reconciliation Manager, you will be managing and improving our organization’s financial performance and direct our operations. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven and confident professional who will be working with different departments to streamline payments procedures and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities
* Design and implement processes for informed decision on Balances kept, settlement and top-up requests
* Design and implementation of Card Processors Dashboard
* Design and implement process for Regular Fees and Conversion rates monitoring
* APMs and Card Processors Cost Analysis and insights for Management decision
* Be the Point of contact for any escalations, issues on the above metrics
* Regular generation of Financial reporting relating to the designed processes
* Collaborate with internal teams (Payments and reconciliation) to align goals and ensure processes are effective and accurate
* Add new APMs to Dashboard
* Ongoing Integration of newly added PSPs
* Exchange rate monitoring

Requirements
* Master’s degree in accounting, business, or finance
* 3-5+ years of related work experience in the Finance/Forex industry
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Experience with Jira, and Confluence
* Analytical and good communication skills
* Understanding high-risk industry in emerging markets would be an advantage
* Experience in creating reconciliation processes for a variety of payment providers
* Experience in setting up the process of monitoring payment providers' balances would be a plus
* Experience in setting IT tasks and explaining the business needs
