Lead CRM Manager
Location: Limassol
Format: Hybrid
Salary: ~7k euro (gross) + Bonus
A startup in the adult niche is building a next-generation AI playground: fully AI-powered, fully gamified, and designed to become the biggest platform in the category. Our ambition is to become the biggest thing in adult entertainment, the next platform category after fansites/cams, powered by AI and designed for scale.
We operate in startup mode: fast shipping, aggressive iteration, and a direct line between your work and business results.
Responsibilities
• End-to-End Lifecycle: design and execute CRM journeys across email, push, and in-app channels
• Growth & Retention: drive engagement and LTV while actively reducing churn to hit revenue goals
• Data-Driven testing: lead A/B testing, form hypotheses, and analyze incremental lift across segments.
• Performance & health: monitor campaign KPIs and maintain high deliverability (domain health, hygiene)
• Leadership & ops: manage the CRM roadmap, mentor the team/contractors, and ensure flawless QA.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing B2C lifecycle CRM campaigns with a proven KPI track record
• Solid knowledge of CRM systems, data structures, reporting & A/B testing
• Strong expertise in CRM automation platforms (Omnisend or similar)
• Deep understanding of campaign optimization
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly detail-oriented and hands-on
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design
