Software development company based in Limassol, Cyprus is looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist to plan, launch, and measure campaigns across content, social, events.

Responsibilities
• Support marketing initiatives. Plan, launch, and track campaigns (events, social media, content); align workflows with designers, copywriters, and product managers; prepare reports.
• Coordinate participation in events. Liaise with vendors and venues, manage logistics, brief internal teams, control timelines and budgets, and oversee materials and deliverables.
• Develop marketing materials. Create, edit, and publish presentations, brochures, merchandise, email newsletters, landing pages, and CMS updates; ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with content preparation and SMM initiatives, including the blog and PR activities.
• Contribute to marketing planning across all company areas.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness against key metrics and prepare regular comprehensive reports (monthly).
• Conduct marketing research. Market and competitor analysis, surveys and questionnaires, and trend monitoring.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or content management (IT, SaaS, or digital services).
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
• Fluent Russian.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines, maintain checklists, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills, strong writing, and the ability to brief designers, copywriters, and contractors.
• Proactive and self-directed, able to drive projects forward, set priorities, and deliver results.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret metrics and prepare reports.
• Creativity and strong visual taste.
• Proficiency with tools: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio; basic CMS skills (WordPress); task trackers (Jira, Trello).
